Starbucks really does an amazing job with staff training and customer service. I've noticed this with nearly every location I've been to. What sets the Schiller Park location apart is how friendly & talkative the baristas are that handle the drive-thru window. No matter the length of the line, they greet you with a smile, make a small line or two about the day or weather, and send you on your way. Super friendly & upbeat each time I've stopped here. The only bit that's frustrating is how incredibly congested the lot gets during peak hours. If you're trying to turn left to exit, it's damn near impossible!

Employees were so rude when I came in holding my eight week old puppy for just a cup of water. Weren't polite about asking me to leave, it was a 93 degree day and I needed a cup of ice water for my dog and a boy working there came up to me aggressively and told me I can't bring my dog in here.

I am not a coffee drinker so I don't know how typical Starbucks service is. I went here today with a friend who is a big coffee drinker and I ordered a blueberry muffins. The muffin was great but that wasn't what I was impressed with. The service the positive attitude. I can honestly say that I have never been to a store or any place of business that was this pleasant. The entire staff had a positive attitude and they were beyond friendly. As I stated above I don't go to Starbucks and this is my first time at this one. I also try not to review a place unless I go to it a few times but the service was excellent.

This location is honestly one of my faves. I am not sure how they do it but they keep the line moving and make good coffee. I am not sure what else I can ask for. They are friendly and answer any of my questions. If I lived in the area this would be my go to location. The only bad thing? The lot is SO small. And the left turn situation is tragic. It backs up the line and ruins my otherwise idyllic experience.

This location is one of my favorites! I would have gave 5 stars, but there have been some times the baristas did not hit the mark. It does have a great atmosphere too. There is outdoor seating, and some relaxing booths inside, and a large table for study groups!

This Starbucks has a modern look inside. It's about average size that sits by itself in its own private parking lot. I only came in for a gift card. They were quick and staff seemed friendly. It does get busy in the parking lot, so it's not that easy to get in and out quick if you're in a hurry.

A bit noisy in the evening, but it's a cozy place for the most part. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte with soy milk and it came out pretty 'on the spot', so your stuff is made right= a good Starbucks. Always overpriced, of course, but still good.

I feel very disappointed with my iced green tea latte today. Did I pay my money to mix it myself? I can see the layer of the milk and green tea powder that not stir well enough. I had to shake and stir it couple more minutes. They were not that busy. no reason to be rush. I hate to drink it and taste the green tea powder. This is not the first time they did that to me.
